Position Description

The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support to the CEO and his executive team. This position will entail a blend of administrative and strategic support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, self-motivated, curious, creative, flexible and solutions oriented. Executive assistant experience and passion for helping others succeed is a must.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Manage the executive’s calendar
  • Planning appointments and events
  • Acts as point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Assists in establishing agendas and preparing presentations for meetings
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Process and submit business and travel expenses.
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Respond promptly to managers’ queries
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
  • Helping approach, including listening skills, patience, respect, and empathy
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Skill Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
  • Proven experience playing a strategic executive support role
  • Self-starting team-player who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable using both PCs and Mac
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, professional, and confident phone and personal demeanor
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and open to collaborative environments
